Step 1. Meeting
We start by meeting with you to listen and understand your amazing concepts.
Step 2. Designs
We then organise the designs, architecture, agreements with leasing agents and centre management.
As a high quality shopfitter, we organise all of the filing for development applications, building permits, compliance, and for us, this is easy. We have awards for what we do!
We work with so many different builders and Centre Management, from Sarah Constructions, BADGE constructions, BLOC, through to Centre Group Westfield, JLL, Savilles, Chartwells, and more.
Step 3. Work
We begin by inspecting the space and we will often defit what is currently there…
We oversee the work AND keep you informed the WHOLE WAY THROUGH. We have job tracking systems that you can see and social media posts you can share.
Holding CM3 pre-qualification, we are members of the ASOFIA Australian Shop (shopfitter) and Office Fitting Industry Association.
Step 4 (Final Step). Keys
We ensure you are delighted with the work when we hand the keys back.
We also arrange a time for our Content Creator to go onsite and design a final post of your shopfit for you to share with your social media followers. We can also help you create custom content (at additional costs).
